Our Vision
Leadership Connections Beyond Borders
JCI Multi-Twinning, developed under the Junior Chamber International umbrella, is an innovative collaboration model that aims to bring together JCI chapters from different countries on the same platform to build strong and sustainable international bonds. This structure goes beyond establishing merely symbolic sibling relationships between chapters, creating a multilateral interaction and learning environment.
The core vision of Multi-Twinning is to create a network where young leaders from different cultures can share their experiences, transfer best practices to one another, and develop joint projects. In this way, participating chapters can both conduct more effective work in their own local communities and contribute to initiatives that generate value on an international scale.
This collaboration model encourages leaders to recognize different perspectives, strengthens cross-cultural understanding, and promotes the establishment of sustainable partnerships on a global scale. Through joint projects, knowledge sharing, and mutual visits, this network enables young leaders to make an impact not only in their own cities but also in different parts of the world.
The long-term goal of JCI Multi-Twinning is to create a community of young leaders who are interconnected, act in solidarity, and can produce joint solutions to global problems. In line with this vision, every connection established brings together different cultures and contributes to the development of a more inclusive, collaborative, and effective global leadership ecosystem.
Our Mission
Empowering Young Leaders
At the heart of our approach, inspired by Junior Chamber International values, lies the belief in the power of young people to create change. We make it our mission to create opportunities where young leaders can unlock their potential, develop themselves, and generate value for their communities.
Through collaborative events, leadership workshops, project development activities, and cross-cultural interactions, we aim to strengthen young people's personal and professional skills. This process enables participants to recognize different perspectives, generate new ideas, and gain an international outlook.
At the same time, this mission focuses not only on the individual development of young leaders but also on their creating sustainable and positive change in their communities. Through experience sharing, collaborative learning, and strong partnerships, young people take on more active roles in leadership, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility.
For us, leadership is not just a goal for the future, but a journey that begins today. Therefore, by supporting young people, encouraging them, and bringing them together within an international network, we aim to build tomorrow's leaders starting today.
Why Multi-Twinning?
Beyond an Event
Unlike traditional twinning agreements, Multi-Twinning brings together multiple chapters simultaneously, making international cooperation stronger and more lasting. This structure aims not just for members from different cultures to meet at a single event, but to develop long-term perspectives, new ideas, and lifelong friendships.
With this vision, we were accepted into the Multi-Twinning program at the 2025 European Conference (EC2025) in Herning, Denmark, and signed the Multi-Twinning Agreement. Within this collaboration, we submitted our candidacy to host the next Multi-Twinning event, and with the approval of our partner chapters, it was decided that the event would be held in Turkey in 2026.
Our Multi-Twinning group represents a strong international network of 6 countries, 7 cities, and 8 chapters. The local organizations that are part of this network are: JCI Leipzig, JCI Frankfurt, JCI Lyon, JCI Bucharest, JCI Esja, JCI Aurajoki, and JCI Ankara.
This collaboration aims to bring together young leaders from different countries to produce joint projects, strengthen cross-cultural learning, and build sustainable international friendships. In this respect, Multi-Twinning is not just an event; it is a collaboration platform extending into the future.
